NOTICE:
To protect people’s privacy and keep records safe, the Department will no longer allow employers (service providers) to look up Direct Support Professional’s (DSP) training records.
This update also matches our practice that service providers cannot register their staff for the DSP Training 1 and 2 programs.
Together, these changes make sure each DSP trainee has full control over their own information.
These steps will help keep DSP trainee records private, accurate, and secure. Only the DSPs themselves will be able to see their
own training records, which supports our goal of protecting all education information.
